We celebrate and recognise the incredible individuals and teams who make our company shine.

We encourage everyone to express gratitude and appreciation for their colleagues' outstanding contributions during this special event. The main goal is to let our colleagues know that we wouldn't be where we are today without them - they are the foundation of our company. Therefore we implemented this week in all our regions to highlight our values and which are lived by our employees day by day.

What is happening during our employee appreciation week?

Employee Appreciation Week is a designated period, typically lasting for a week, during which Satair as an employer, expresses gratitude and recognition for their employees' hard work, dedication, and contributions. This special week is an opportunity for employers to celebrate their workforce and show appreciation for the efforts put in by their employees. 

During Employee Appreciation Week, employers often organize various activities, events, and initiatives to make employees feel valued and motivated. Some receive treats, others personalised notes, but common for all regions is the "appreciation wall" where employees can show their gratitude towards other colleagues. The main goal is to let our colleagues know that we wouldn't be where we are today without them - they are the foundation of our company.
